Red Door Learning is a NYS 4410-approved preschool special education provider in Nassau County, New York. Our Related Services Division delivers CPSE-authorized therapy to preschool children across Nassau County — speech-language, occupational therapy, physical therapy, counseling, school social work, and parent counseling and training.
We offer two distinct employment tracks. W2 center-based positions provide a consistent caseload, competitive annual salary, and full benefits at Red Door’s physical sites. CPSE per diem contract positions provide per-session pay and fully flexible scheduling for therapists delivering community, school, and home-based services.
We are not a staffing agency. We are an approved provider building a structured, well-supported therapy operation — which means organized scheduling, managed authorizations, documentation templates, and a coordination team that handles the administrative load.
Bilingual therapists across all disciplines are especially encouraged to inquire. We serve Nassau County families in Spanish, Haitian Creole, Mandarin, Bengali, Korean, Arabic, and other languages, and we pay a bilingual session premium on every qualifying session.
