Red Door Therapeutic Services is seeking a dedicated and experienced Speech Language Pathologist to provide high-quality pediatric therapy services to children ages 3–5. Services are delivered in our outpatient facility, as well as in local preschools, daycares, and home-based settings. We offer flexible scheduling options and welcome applicants interested in full-time, part-time, or fee-for-service opportunities.
Required Qualifications:
· Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology
· Minimum of 1 year of pediatric experience
· Current New York State license
· Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHA
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans aligned with each child’s IEP
· Provide therapy to support the development of speech, language, articulation, pragmatic, cognitive, and executive functioning skills
· Maintain accurate and timely session documentation, including daily notes and attendance
· Monitor and collect data on IEP goals; prepare and submit quarterly progress reports
· Prepare comprehensive annual review reports and present findings during school district review meetings
· Develop appropriate IEP goals and contribute to relevant IEP sections
· Conduct and document formal speech language therapy evaluations
· Collaborate with families and educators to support the child’s development and progress
Compensation & Benefits:
· $60.00-$70.00/ hour
· Salary: $70,000 (negotiable depending on experience)
