Red Door Therapeutic Services is currently seeking a licensed and experienced Physical Therapist to provide services to children ages 3–5. This role includes delivering therapy in our center-based preschool program, outpatient clinic, and within local preschools, daycares, and home environments. We offer flexible scheduling and welcome full-time, part-time, and fee-for-service applicants.
Required Qualifications:
· Master’s or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy
· Minimum of 1 year of pediatric physical therapy experience
· Current New York State licensure in Physical Therapy
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and implement individualized evidenced based and goal-driven treatment plans tailored to each child’s developmental needs
· Provide therapy to improve gross motor skills, strength, balance, coordination, and functional mobility
· Maintain thorough and accurate documentation, including daily session notes and attendance records
· Monitor and collect data on IEP goals and submit quarterly progress reports
· Prepare and present comprehensive annual review reports
· Create and update individualized goals in collaboration with the educational team and contribute to relevant IEP sections
· Conduct and document comprehensive physical therapy evaluations
· Provide education and ongoing communication to families and educators regarding a child’s progress
· Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support holistic care and student success
Compensation & Benefits:
· $60.00-$70.00/ hour
· Salary: $70,000 (negotiable depending on experience).
